Welcome to America: New Life New Rule
Liselle Powder was born in the small Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago. Born to Edwina Warner (deceased) and Bindley Powder. She is the last of six siblings. She is divorced and a mother of two daughters and a granddaughter. Having migrated to the US in 2014, she decided to write poetry about her experiences coming to America. She met with Edna White an Author, and the rest was history.
Liselle has written in Edna’s book “No Sweet Meat Tell Me the Truth” and contributes to the school newspaper where she works. She also writes in Ms. Edna’s Magazine called “SPEAK MAGAZINE.” and wrote her first short story titled “Teenage Mom” and her poetry book titled “Still Overcoming”. Her book “Teenage Mom” will be out in April. With her continuous writing, she was entered in an Anthology for the months of June, July and November of 2020 and also June and July of 2021, and also for July 2022, Liselle wrote another book entitled “Welcome to America,” which will be out soon. Liselle is also an artist and has sold some of her work.
Liselle held her first poetry show on July 10th 2021, and the reviews were excellent. Liselle hopes to have her first Art Show soon. Liselle has come a long way and she strives to be among the best poets and artist the world has yet to see.

Quietude ,
Georgia Mitchell is a Jamaican born poet and author. She is the daughter of Robert and Dee Mitchell. Georgia cultivated and enjoys a deep personal relationship with God. She has served the church in both ministerial and administrative capacities.
Georgia is passionate about the arts and enjoys travel. From her days as a youth she has allowed her imagination to take her on many trips, many of which are chronicled in various black and white composition books.
St Fergus Mitchell

About the Author St Fergus Mitchell is a native son of the island of Jamaica. He comes from a large and loving family where both of his parents were ministers of the gospel. He migrated to the USA in his youth, where he served in the US Army. His military experience took him to many countries around the world. He recalls climbing into the wayback of the family's station wagon as they made their way to church. He was called to ministry at a young age. He has served in many areas of ministry. St. Fergus is a servant of God. As a creative, St. Fergus enjoys and indulges in many areas of creative artistry and hospitality. He is a poet, and has created a divine Stone Art Garden where he exhibits his artwork.
Kay Danielle
Growing up in southern Georgia, it made her value family, appreciate the simple things, and to always put God first in everything. While serving in the church since adolescence, it provided her with the willingness to be a vessel as an act of kindness to others. She understood the impact of what a positive word or gesture could do, and she wanted her gifts to leave an eternal imprint.
Though the great loss of loved ones along the way made her want to quit pursuing her passion altogether, it gave her the power, strength, and maturity to keep going. She has learned who God is and how He has given her the grace to face it all. She performed twice in the SecondWind Showcase that was staged in her hometown. Also, she has shared her poetry over a period of time on social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Spiritual
Earl P. Mitchell Sr. is a Jamaican born author. Even as a child it was clear that he possessed a kind, caring nature. This was evident in the way he nurtured his siblings, father and his loving mother. He took that same loving spirit into his marriage as he built his own family. His thoughtfulness reached beyond his familial home, into his community. Earl dedicated himself to the study of religions, theology, and philosophy of life and the path of enlightenment. For many years Earl's voice has serenaded the airwaves in Philadelphia.
as he spread his love through music and positive vibes. He deals with everyone with the spirit of forgiveness and kindness.
It's Earl's dream that his community will live a life of spiritual awareness and preparedness. He is a visionary who has answered the clarion call and has put pen to paper.
